Summer is officially here!
Today kicks off the first day of summer (even though it's felt like it on and off the past month) and within the last few weeks I've shared some awesome summer posts: A maxi dress you need, my summer fashion faves, high-waisted shorts under $30 and 5 summer wedding guest styles with Chicwish.
As an oath to one of my favorite seasons, I wanted to dedicate a post to one of my favorite summer styles: two-piece sets.
These matching sets are truly a one-of-a-kind look that play into major '80s styles. I've loved them for the last five or six summers and I'm so glad they continue to remain as top trends during the season because there's a style, print, and color for everyone.
In my summer fashion faves post, I talked about how the crop top and shorts sets are my absolute favorites, but you can always go with a skirt and matching top, pants and matching top, or even a blazer and shorts set!
Two-piece sets (co-ords, matching sets--they have a variety of names) are the fundamental summer style and they're easy go-to looks that can make any type of outfit: casual, chic, dressy, and more!
