Valentine's Day is officially upon is this week and the frenzy to find an outfit to celebrate the occasion in whatever way you do is on. Whether you're a bearer of the busy date-night, the Galentine not Valentine, the single wine lover, or the utmost casual, finding an outfit can be hard. You don't want to over-do it, but you also don't want to under-do it. After all, it is V-Day so in my opinion there is no way to over-do it lol!
To make it easy for your Valentine's Day outfit inspo this year, I've created six different looks that fit the occasion in all ways! There's comfy looks, casual chic, dressed-up and more!
Every outfit is under $75, and you can shop each piece by clicking on the item on the picture or on the list below the photo!
Outfit One: The Celebratory Comfort
Okay, so you're a fan of Valentine's Day but you don't want to make it too upfront, and you also want to be comfortable because it's just one of those days-- or you just really love joggers. Either way, I got you! This Amazon heart sweater is super adorable for the occasion because if you have the option to show off the hearts on the sleeves, or if you wanted them covered it's nothing a cardi or jacket can't fix!
This sweater also comes in many different colors and is Prime eligible so you'd get it just in time!
To add into the colors of V-Day, these Target pink slip-ons are a great option because they're also the perfect shoe for spring!
Outfit total: $70.97
Outfit Two: Date-Night Chic
Have a date night with your man or celebrating Galentine's Day dressed up with your ladies? This outfit has the perfect amount of detail to say ultimate V-Day chic. Since it's still winter, OTK boots have yet to go out of style and they will keep your legs warm with the skirt! Black OTK boots always compliment a black skirt and solid colored top (IMO), giving off a chic, yet girly look.
The pink blouse compliments the Valentine's Day color to a T, and to accessorize, gold heart earrings and a gold o-ring leather purse tie the look together!
Outfit Total: $66.42
Outfit Three: The Single Wine Lover
Valentine's Day falls on a Thursday this year, you know what that means? Grey's time! Cozy up in this anti-Valentine's Galentine's Day Wine loving outfit and catch the newest episode of Grey's or watch your favorite Rom-Coms with friends.
I came across this wine glass and just had to include it because it's so cute and under $10!
Outfit Total: $49.88
Outfit Four: The Galentine
The ultimate Galentine look, this casual outfit is perfect for celebrating Galentine's Day with your ladies or even to sport on actual Valentine's Day!
Outfit Total: $57.30
Outfit Five: The Basic Chic
Nothing wrong with timeless basics for Valentine's Day! With this outfit, it's something that could be worn any day so to spice it up I added some gold heart earrings and a heart clasp belt. That way, you're still remaining casual with a hint of fun.
This is the type of outfit that you can easily pair with shoes you already own (hence why they're not included). Black flats, heels, boots, or slip-on's will really tie the whole look together, but if you wanted a pop of color you could go with pink or red mules.
Outfit Total: $72.45
Outfit Six: The Casual Chic
This last outfit is probably most similar to something you'll catch me wearing on Valentine's Day. I really love pink sweaters and they're a timeless spring essential, so nothing wrong with wearing it on V-Day!
I included diamond earrings with this outfit, but you can always go with heart shaped if you wanted to play into the holiday more!
Outfit total: $66.66
